Would it be possible to use the tools now the iphone5 is jailbrekable ?

I have everything working on the iPhone 4, with IOS 6.0.2.

Anything I can do to get this to work on the iPhone 5 yet?

the tools don't work on the iphone 5, and they could work only if the device is 
jailbroken with ssh installed (but the live kernel patcher needs to be fixed 
for ios 6, see issue 49)
