Add the ability to output to HTML from Markdown.

@0674272bac -- Sorry it has taken so long for me to respond, I've been out on vacation the past two weeks.

Thanks for the pull request, but I think this functionality should be added as a separate extension. This extension is for previewing Markdown content. Many (most?) people won't need to generate HTML from Markdown, so I'd rather not complicate the extension with this additional functionality.

Feel free to grab any code from my extension to create a new one for HTML output.
