Apply css from Yaml front matter #9

Seems like an appropriate way to apply local stylesheets.

I'm not sure if the test here is appropriate. lmk, and I'll change if not.

@chrishenry Thanks for the pull request, but this doesn't appear to be a Yaml frontmatter standard (please correct me if I'm wrong). I plan on adding "themes" for the extension, which seem like a much better (and more generic) way to achieve the same thing.
