First round of documentation

To get this going on Readthedocs: 0) add a .readthedocs.yaml (https://github.com/marrink-lab/vermouth-martinize/blob/master/.readthedocs.yaml) 1) go to readthedocs.org and login using github 2) import the project/repository 3) mess around with the settings (under admin) until you're happy.
