Tarief smile in Homey #18

The "tarief" has stopped working for a few days. It remains low.

Can you send me an app diagnostics report? And what version app are you using? The app was updated just yesterday.

I am using V4.2.1 of the app.

Mmh. You just rebooted the app, so the diagnostics report tells me nothing... can you copy paste the app logs here?

The last log was longer ago than I thought

I am unable to create a report (see attachment). Perhaps it is better to wait until Monday, then the rate will be high again.

Would it help if I restart the smile? Or is the data then gone?

Hi,

I don’t think your app is the problem. I noticed that Plugwise didn’t consume any height rate power sins the first of January. The smart meter showed also only low rate consumption. So I think I am the lucky one that pays only low rate power ;-)
