Use version 2.1.1 #37

Sorry to ask a noob question - but how do I use the latest 2.1.1 version? I need to perform an acquiretoken call which doesn't seem to work in the current version but I think is fixed in version 2.1.1

Sorry - when I ran npm install adal-angular5@2.1.1 previously it failed and I didn't realise
