Code for running the ENIAC model for general forecasting, vs. the hard-wired reproduction of the original.

beta version constructed under directory eniac.

initial_conditions has ic.f90 for creating input file identical to the challenge1 (duplicate the original prediction) prediction.

get_ic.sh is a script in initial_conditions for obtaining initial conditions from the NWS GDAS
