This adds German and Czech image data for TitleCards and StartScreen, plus an Italian line that was inconsistent with the art.
PSD sources and PNG images are in the pull,
but
the sprite sheets (JSON and PNG) are missing because I'm having trouble with TexturePacker.
The files should be sufficient to generate the new spritesheets anyway.
