remove compiler search #134

"find: compiler.." message is not showing now. I think this https://github.com/grumpyhome/grumpy/issues/6 may be closed.

For some reason the pytest-cov is broken. I am testing some version pinning before accepting the PR. Is not red because of you, but let me fix this first.

I fixed the pytest-cov and it should be good now. Can you please merge the grumpyhome/master before I accept the PR?
