fix valid $service_providers for windows #12

service_run_type was not properly renamed for window installs.

@piebe, thank you for your contribution and excuse me for late reply. Yes, I definitely forgot about this. But during refactoring I had not much time for testing this module on Windows again. Do use use this module for managing Teamcity on Windows?
