Please support TeamCity 9 #2

TC 9 RC1 doesn't display avatars anymore. I made sure I got the latest version and have automatic configuration enabled.

Please fix this ASAP, the lack of avatars totally breaks our workflows

I'm working on it right now - moving to maven firstly. Hope, I'll finish it today or tomorrow.

I have not tested it heavy, so it can be a little buggy. Nevertheless, here is download link: https://bintray.com/artifact/download/grundic/generic/avatar-1.0.zip
