Deleted empty folders causes failed import in mattermost #8

Using the advanced exporter we've successfully exported our file content from Slack. We have a ton of apk's we distributed via slack that we don't want so we've deleted them, along with the serialized folders that contain them. When we repack and try and import the zip into mattermost, the import fails with no real error message. Should we leave the empty folders in place?

I know this is a very old issue, but if it's still relevant for you, please talk to the Mattermost team directly at https://community.mattermost.com about the lack of errors when doing an import with the modified Slack export archive you have created.
