Update bin version check dependency #259

A drilled down dependency trim-newlines is at version 1.0.0 right now and is causing a security risk for users of this package. This dependency update corrects this issue.

Can someone please look into this so that the vulnerabilities down the line from bin-version-check v1.0.0 can be resolved? trim-newlines and semver-regex should both be resolved by updating the minimum version of bin-version-check.
