Update to Handlebars 4.*, precompiled templates not usable with latest bower version #150

Seems a new handlebars version is out and now out of sync with your latest supported handlebars version. Our build server brought this to attention. I'll freeze the handlebars version in my bower config to 3.*, until you updated.
