chalk to v2.4.2
CI configs

Minimum supported Node.js version is 8.x.

@vladikoff LGTY or should I try to keep Node.js 4.x and 6.x support? I think things work fine on 4.x, it's just that it's a good chance to drop it since this will be a major version bump
