How to make download count appear in the Plugins page?

Hi guys. Sorry wasn't sure where else to put this question.

On the plugins page (https://gruntjs.com/plugins), you can see the number of downloads for a given grunt plugin:

However, it seems that for some plugins, these don't appear:

What's the magic sauce? What do we need to do to our plugins to make downloads appear?

The Downloads api seems to be deprecated by npm, we have replaced this now
