Description

Switch boilerplate to Mozilla Public License Version 2.0 so we can open source it. See this Slack thread for context.

Read the Gruntwork contribution guidelines.

[ ] Run the relevant tests successfully, including pre-commit checks.
[ ] Ensure any 3rd party code adheres with our license policy or delete this line if its not applicable.

Updated to Mozilla Public License Version 2.0 instead of Apache per @josh-padnick's recommendation.
