In #159 the list was updated unexpectedly by VSCode extension.
I think the update should be reverted because the original list is better. And to avoid the same issue, we should add the comment <!-- no toc --> above the list.

In case you are seeing unexpected TOC recognition, you can add a <!-- no toc --> comment above the list.
