In https://github.com/gruntwork-io/boilerplate/pull/49, the root README.md was updated, not the boilerplate version. As such when we released the code, all the README changes were overwritten 🤦‍♂

This takes the README patch from the sprig branch and applies it to the boilerplate version. Will merge right away since the patch is already reviewed in PR #49.
