PAIRWISE FST Calculation #250

Hello,

is there a way to calculate pairwise Fst with poppr v. 2.9.2?

I read the instructions in https://github.com/grunwaldlab/poppr/issues/24 but I was not able to understand how to do it. All help will be welcome.
