reduce to only squad lead role
make marker on click visible to other players and execute placement / teleport on confirm
might need custom easier marker interface instead of abusing vanilla one

@y0014984 as we have no "show on map" cursor yet i would suggest to create a custom interaction that allows leaders to click and

every click sets the marker to the location user clicked on, visible for team
keypress (indicated by overlay or other method) confirms spawn and actually executes teleport

without using the vanilla marker interface at all

Low level approach would be to create a marker without a keyword. If it's a public marker everyone will see it in the faction. This marker can also be moved by dragging it. Finally you could put the keyword in it and then the teleport happens. This would already work. But creating some kind of pointer would be nice.

Now the teleport markes only work if the player has the commander role of it's faction.
