Having a way to restock this Rearm Cargo is probably a good idea.
Particularly for the Stompers that don't have much ammunition in them (for plausibility reasons).
Ideas:
Quick n dirty via a zone around the supply containers. Staying there for X seconds does the refill.
Something more user triggered like via the mouse-wheel or ACE menu.
