War room

With the soon to come addition of UAV jammers (#26) and communication intelligence features (#36) comes additional complexity to the game mode. To more easily deal with this complexity a war room with various displays to get comprehensive situation picture would be nice for the senior leadership.

Features:

• [ ] map display with direction finder bearings
  • [ ] regarding enemy artillery fire
  • [ ] regarding enemy radio emissions (see #36)
• [ ] one or more video feeds
  • [ ] from UAVs/UGVs
  • [ ] from helmet cams (similar to cTab mod)
