Enhance DF gameplay

To some the DF gameplay was pointless/boring. Others enjoyed it but still felt it could be enhanced. Feedback submitted via Google Form (German only)

Ideas

• Remove DF as a dedicated role for players
  • Allow CMD to place the DF on the map at game start instead (like it is done in Breaking Contact)
    • How to deal with destroyed DFs then?
  • Make either a drone or a Stomper the DF station (on the move or just during standstill?)
• Keep DF as a dedicated role for players but give them more gameplay possibilities
  • They could be the only drone operators (see also issue #3 ), thus being a multi-sensor reconnaissance role
  • If kept the exploit of placing the DF and then hitting Respawn needs to be prevented
  • e.g. by the need for the operator to stay near the DF vic in order for it to function
  • give them possiblity to jam drones
  • might be a bit pointless since drones need nerfing anyways and are then way less frequent (see also issue #3 )
  • make them TFAR radio range extenders (radio relays) for friendly troops
  • does not enhance this players gameplay, manual relaying provides gameplay
  • Buff precision of arty by every active friendly DF deployed
  • does not enhance this players gameplay

With

• drastically reducing the amount of drones (see #3)
• and preventing the exploit of DFs working when no one is sitting inside them (see d4f95f8)

the role of the multi-sensor operator should now be unique and fun enough (for certain player types) to consider this issue done.
