Make CMD slot more attractive

Most game nights showed that the CMD slots remain open for long and are only taken last minute.

Apparently the slot is not very attractive.

So this issue shall collect and discuss ideas to change this.

Ideas

• [ ] #19 that can only be used by the CMD
• [ ] enable Cruise Missile strikes with VLS systems
  • [ ] e.g. using laser marker from above mentioned fixed wing drones
  • [ ] requires D30 to lose their LG shells
• [ ] have the CMD get alerts by motion sensors (see https://github.com/Crowdedlight/Crows-Electronic-Warfare/pull/54)
• [x] provide prepared briefing document
