Some like to get rid of the arsenal altogether and just have the default loadouts (see also #5) and maybe some ammo supply boxes
- Makes balancing and exploit prevention easier
- Limits creative tactics though
- CMDs probably have an easier time if people don't waste a ton of time window shopping
For others it is ok to keep but then an arsenal shall always be close to the (re-)spawn location

Something most people agreed to after the first play-testing round was:

[ ] remove explosives
- they are op leading to most stations being destroyed by Hunters instead of artillery (which would break a core game mechanic)
