every now and again, I feel the need for a half-decent unit testing framework.

tl;dr:

tests run in isolation (insofar possible w/ a running arma scenario)
nest your test setup methods as deep as you like
run assertions in the leaf nodes
get results from pretty-printed chat

TODO

[x] finish up implementation
[x] add missing assertions
[x] pretty-print results to diag_log & chat
[x] actually use it somewhere (the readme example is basically the safe boating test #142 )
