Tested today with @nomisum. Findings:

markerID is saved correctly, even on JIP
loaded markers now have an owner (mouseover)
on disconnect of owner, markers no longer show owner's name
sidechannel and groupchannel markers are still visible on every sidechannel and groupchannel (meaning OPFOR can see BLUFOR markers etc.)
- most likely same behaviour on commandchannel and vehiclechannel - untested

ToDo:

[x] re-check user marker naming once community wiki is back up

No dice fixing this. Instead this is now loading every marker into global channel (or side channel, if global is disabled).

Putting this on hold for now, because of new marker commands in next Arma version.
