add clutterCutter addon. code & icon taken from AFI's Raimo #186
this is icon & code from Raimo's clutter cutter addon which is part of the @AFI mod.
It allows you to manually clean up your current position, radius abt 2m.
Nice for snipers/spotters & just about anyone else who might want a smooth surface to lie on.
Here's a screenshot thats part of the AFI QoL doc:
No I'm not ashamed, I just found grad_trenches as part of @afi and I'll have to take a lot more liberties to even that out :D
