features:

various inventory-capable flag objects (those dont exist already, do they?)
crews can attach flag to vehicle, just like in BC

https://community.bistudio.com/wiki/forceFlagTexture works well on some vehicles, need to find a fallback when carrier pole is not available. its probably a config entry we need to detect. i'd suggest some generic position like back left corner of vehicle.
