Konsole port improvements #29

Add various improvements to the Konsole port:

  1. Name the dark variant Gruvbox Dark instead of simply Gruvbox.
  2. Remove intense bg/fg colors as they are identical to their non-intense counterparts.
  3. Add soft and hard variants.
  4. Add intense variants that use the intense colors by default.
