Previously, while it was possible to change the color of the color and sign columns, this would mean that the cursorline (if enabled) would no longer match. This patch adds a variable (gruvbox_cursorline) which allows the user to also control the color of the cursorline.
If this is an acceptable change, I'm happy to make the appropriate changes to the wiki.
