Clean old lockfiles #2

Looks if the configuration was removed its lockfile is left forever. Maybe this is Gradle bug. If not, we should provide a way to clean them. Including buildSrc project.

We should not clean them automatically, but issue a warning instead. That configuration ... is locked, but not found in the project.
