Power on/off order #13

Since often not all servers are the same capacity, would be nice I we could define some kind of rank or order to power on or off servers.

Hi @tkald ,

I have just finally added branch "powerorder" that enables ordering the nodes in the plugins in order to be powered on or off. We are testing it and when it is verified, it will be merged in the master branch.
