This set of patches makes it possible to select arbitrary definitions with keyboard by using a virtual cursor. Previously selection with keyboard was limited to 1-20 definitions.
Restrictions on specifying color attributes were lifted. Now, it is possible to combine any color attributes supported by ncurses.
