mod_offline_email only one e-mail #46

1 - load module
2 - send im from jid A to jid B offline
3 - jid B have the e-mail in inbox
4 - send again from jid A to jid B offline
5 - jib B not have anything in the e-mail
6 - jib B not have any e-mail from jid A from server restart for have other 
e-mail alert must send from other jid but not again from jid A also if jid B go 
online and after offline again.
