Denon automatically deactivates after being turned on #138

I've noticed some strange behavior from my Denon for a few weeks now. In the Home App I have set up a scene "Watch TV". It turns on the power socket of my TV and at the same time activates the Denon in the SAT channel. In addition, I have an automation, as soon as between 9 and 21 clock the Denon is activated, that also turns on the subwoofer, active.

The scene (and also the automation) worked so far without any problems, but since a few weeks the Denon turns off again after running the scene after about 5 - 10 seconds. After that I have to activate the Denon afterwards via the remote control or by voice command.

I could not see any error message in the Homebridge log. I have also subsequently removed the Denon from my Homebridge and added it again. Unfortunately, this did not solve the problem.

The error has been occurring since about the end of February. Now I was thinking if this is related to 3.17.4 where the timeout was increased.

Please enable debug mode in plugin config and if this happened again post the log.

It's really weird. Until yesterday, the problem appeared several times. Now that I have opened the issue longer appears. I tried it several times yesterday. Can we maybe leave the ticket open until Friday? If it should occur again, I would post you the log, otherwise the ticket can be closed then.

It just happened again. Attached is the log.

Strangely, you can not see in the log that the Denon was switched off. You can see that only after ~10 seconds the subwoofer has turned off again, because of my automation that when Denon is turned off, also the subwoofer turns off.

Here is absolutely all OK, only power ON command is set from plugin: [16/03/2022, 16:00:14] [DenonTv] Device: 192.168.178.31 Denon, set Power state successful, state: PWON please check your HDMI-CEC settings or other connected devices. For test disconnect all HDMI cable and try to reproduce this again.

Ok, I think the ticket can be closed then. Thanks anyway for the help / tips. 😉

Another question. Is it normal that the Denon only appears in the Home app and not in other apps like Eve or Home+? This behavior is just new to me, but can also be that I'm just wrong.
