What does this mean?

[3/3/2024, 3:32:03 PM] [homebridge-enphase-envoy] Device: 192.168.4.200 Solar, Requesting JWT token error: Login to enlighten error: AxiosError: Request failed with status code 401 Trying again in 15s.
