missing qt files in windows yacas-gui installation #262

Based on comparing dictories of downloaded and after windeployqt: Skærmbillede fra 2019-05-11 19-07-20

There is at least Qt5SerialPort.dll and QtWebEngineProcess.exe. I'm not sure about the other folders.

I agree that it would be better to incorporate windeployqt, but I have no idea what the means for the build process.
