At the second sentence from the single paragraph (emphasis mine):

(...) but I fear Ii would make it boring.

I believe the emphasized word meant to be "it", like so:

(...) but I fear it would make it boring.

But since this would use "it" a second time, maybe "this" would be more appropriate?
