Adjust various typos (collection)

Dear @CraigRe , This ticket includes a couple of typos/minor editorial things I came across:

• line 580, section 6.2: "...of an GS1 workgroup." ==> "of a GS1 workgroup"
• lines 908 ff., section 7.3.4: adjust Monospace/indenting
• line 1001, section 7.3.5.2.1: "example of a Standard Vocabulary as defined in Section 0." ==> adjust reference
• line 1023 (table): table row on "time": adjust font size of "eventTime"
• line 1027: "the sensorMetaDataand sensorReport element with additional" ==> insert space after sensorMetaData
• line 1441: "Because there are situations tough in which associations are more permanent" ==> e.g. remove "tough"
• line 1534 ff.: "by distinct ADD operations without an intervening Delete. Similarly, an object can be specified to be a child of its grand-parent or even of itself. A non-existent association may be DELETED." ==> 'DELETE' + 'DELETEd' or 'deleted'
• query param table, EQ_INNER_SENSORMETADATA_fieldname and following row: "(i.e., any XML element nested at any level within a top-level extension element)containing" ==> add space after closing bracket
• line 2181, section 10: "normative content defined in section J.4." ==> adjust reference
• line 2228, section 10.2: " simple of complex semantic queries" ==> "or"?
• line 2238 "...data. Compared" (and various other places) ==> replace two successive space characters with just one

All corrections made, with the worrying caveat that my line numbering is off by over 2,000 lines (i.e., @RalphTro 's reference to line 2181 is my line 4285).
