7.3.3 The What dimension - reference to the CBV #131

"§ 8 of the CBV defines the data types used in the "What" dimension of EPCIS events."

First, I suggest to avoid "§" (replace by 'section'/'chapter').

Second, chapter 8 of the CBV deals with user vocabularies. If we want to refer to this section, it IMO would be sections 8.2 and 8.3., though even there we do not specify data types in the narrower sense.

What do you think, @CraigRe ?

We began moving from "section" to "§" a few months ago, in the interest of readability, to avoid extreme repetition of "section" or "chapter".

I've switched the § 8 reference to § 8.2 and § 8.3, thanks @RalphTro !
