use of markdown in comments #221

A bit of markdown is already used in the CBV ontology. This is a good practice, especially for more complex definitions, and it's rendered by doc generators such as LODE.

Proposed guidelines (see example in #209):

Thanks for the feedback. I'll add those changes to my to-do list. They don't have an adverse impact on the group, so they're really just an implementation detail for the ontology browser tool and the ontology file.

I'm aware that there are keywords and reserved names for properties and classes that are not formatted as code style / monotype Courier font in the drafts. They also need to be fixed there.
