[Do not merge yet] Proof of Concept of the Viability of getting rid of prefixes

This Pull Request is for @mgh128 consideration on the way forward to avoid any kind of prefix in CBV or Vocabulary Terms known by EPCIS. This is complemented with an explanation document that I am currently discussing with Mark.

The PR has scratched the surface on:

• The need to restore the scoped LD context. I don't know why it was removed ... I will provide a rationale in my paper why it is really needed.

• The need of JSON Schema modularization.

• The need of polishing JSON Schemas and make them compile with ajv stritc module
