XSL Transformation: add new xsl file for converting version 1.2 to 2.0 #306

Currently only conversion from from 2.0 to 1.2 is supported.

For "upscaling" 1.2 documents to version 2.0 an additional xsl must be implemented

we should update the EPCIS 2.0 draft as well with mention of this tool cc: @RalphTro, @CraigRe, @mgh128

@CraigRe - I still can't find any mention of XSL XSLT or translation between XML and JSON/JSON-LD in either of the EPCIS/CBV public review drafts. Logging this as a public review comment
