Renamed 200EPCISQueryDocumentSingleEvent to 200EPCISQueryDocument, per MSWG discussions of June-July, and per @shalikasingh 's e-mail of 17 Aug / 11:24 CEST.

Hi @CraigRe,

We have two inputs that can be taken care of in this PR

  1. 200EPCISQueryDocument has be defined twice. So one must be removed
  2. 200EPCISQueryDocumentEventsEndpoint and 200EPCISQueryDocument defines one and the same thing. Can we just keep 200EPCISQueryDocument and remove all occurrences of 200EPCISQueryDocumentEventsEndpoint.
