added ontology metadata #217
added meta-props as per https://github.com/gs1/EPCIS/issues/238#issuecomment-924131053 and documented in "EPCIS Semantics" subsec 11.4.1 Meta-Properties: @mgh128: you can use them in the doc browser
removed lang @en from labels because these are JSONLD field names, so
sorted all props alphabetically
merged 2 definitions of uom
added some definitions (#258 for remainder)
added epcis:exception: "A sensor alert, including an alarm condition or an error condition. When this field is used, extra details can be specified via booleanValue or uriValue"
TODO convert to JSONLD, see #238 for discussion about format and README.md for details

@mgh128 Please review EPCIS.ttl, CBV.ttl. @CraigRe don't accept it yet, let's see Mark's review and resolve the last bullet

@mgh128 all significant changes are in Ontology/,

there are some insignificant changes in Turtle examples (different ordering).
Please check EPCIS.jsonld and CBV.jsonld and see if that's the format you want for the doc browser.

Hi @VladimirAlexiev I noticed that the CBV ontology is missing a code list for cbv:Comp (the expected value of component as shown in the UML class diagram). I'm checking with @CraigRe to make sure it's shown correctly in the Word drafts. I had assumed that on issue #264 we had decided to add cbv:Comp
