Generate single event JSON Schema #376

This isn't so much an issue, but I would love to have a straightforward way of generating the JSON schema to validate a single EPCIS event. I found altering the schema definitions and script to do this tedious. I'm still working it out, but that would be nice to have in the repository, maybe someone could give me some pointers.
