The aim of installContainers.ps1 is to set up the test environment automatically on an empty windows box. Everyone should have his/her own standalone resolver environment. without too musch hassle.
Some independent testing might still be needed.
Not the prettiest script ever written but it works on my box having Git for windows installed. I'm not sure if the git client in VS Code is enough.
