Add support for setting lang in the query string #9

In a previous version of the resolver, it was possible to set the user's preferred language in the query string (as a value for lang). The Accept-Language header is more robust, I know, but sometimes it's just easier to add ?lang=xx to the query string, especially when doing demos!

Tidying up old issues. This was done ages ago.
